When changing the PIN, it must be numeric and be from 6 to 15 numbers in length. You will be prompted to change your PIN the first time you log in. If that PIN should not work, then try your birth date in MMDDYY format. Your default pin is the last six digits of your BID. Your default pin is your birth date in MMDDYY format.
